Shobhit is a disputes counsel with a specialization in high-stakes arbitration and commercial litigation. He has successfully represented clients in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes across leading international and domestic forums, including the ICC, SCC, ICSID, and PCA. Shobhit's expertise spans a broad range of commercial matters, including shareholder and intellectual property disputes, debt recovery proceedings, enforcement of foreign and domestic awards, and constitutional writ petitions.

With a strong foundation in both written and oral advocacy, Shobhit is adept at collaborating with top-tier external counsel, including foreign attorneys, Senior Advocates, and local counsel. As a senior member of his team, he provides strategic oversight and guidance to associates, ensuring high standards of client service and effective resolution strategies.

Before joining SKAA, Shobhit worked with the Advocate General for the State of Sikkim before the Supreme Court of India, where he handled diverse matters for both state and private clients. His portfolio included commercial disputes, land acquisition cases, disputes related to affirmative action in education, and public employment, among others.
