Bhavika Verma is a law graduate from National Law University, Jodhpur and is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India. She has gained substantial experience in corporate and commercial law as part of the Corporate Team at SKAA Advocates & Solicitors, where she has advised on a wide range of transactional matters, including Shareholders' Agreements (SHA), Share Subscription Agreements (SSA), Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), and various commercial and service agreements.

 

She has also assisted in diverse corporate advisory assignments and commercial litigation matters, developing strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documentation.
