Rabbani is a Senior Associate in the corporate team at SKAA. She has experience of working on several types of mandates, including venture capital investment, merchant trades, joint ventures, technology transfers, facility agreements, amongst others.
As part of SKAA's corporate team, Rabbani also advises on various operational and regulatory issues and has experience of dealing with a host of regulations including India's foreign exchange and banking laws.
Rabbani appears in cases relatable to her corporate assignments. She has appeared before forums across India, including in Delhi and Mumbai.
Rabbani holds and undergraduate degree in law from Amity Law School and an LLM in corporate laws from the University of London.
