Rabbani is a Senior Associate at SKAA. She has extensive experience on a variety of transactional mandates, including venture capital investment, merchant trades, joint ventures, technology transfers, facility agreements, amongst others. She has also appeared in a number of contested litigation briefs across India.

As part of SKAA's corporate team, Rabbani also advises on various operational and regulatory issues and has experience of dealing with a host of regulations including India's foreign exchange and banking laws.
​
Rabbani represents clients in cases before the NCLT and arbitrations apart from court litigation in Punjab, Delhi, and Mumbai.
Rabbani holds and undergraduate degree in law from Amity Law School and an LLM in corporate laws from the University of London.
