Satinder Kapur 

Satinder is dual-qualified English Solicitor (non-practising) and an Indian Advocate. He has over two decades of experience advising international and Indian clients on a wide variety of issues including structuring of investments, mergers and acquisitions, fund raising, joint venture collaborations, and general corporate advisory. He has been at the forefront of corporate advisory in sectors such as telecommunications, financial services, real estate, manufacturing, and energy. He has also handled numerous international and domestic arbitrations under almost all major arbitration rules. He routinely acts as counsel to several leading international industrialists in their various ventures and disputes.

 

Satinder holds a degree in engineering (BTech) from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. He also holds post-graduate degrees in Management (MMS) from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, and law (LLB) from the University of Delhi.

 

Satinder is enrolled with the Indian Bar, and is also qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales (non-practising; SRA Registration no. 488760). He is a member of the Bar Council of India, the International Bar Association and the Law Society of England & Wales. He also serves on the board of the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce.
