Prithvi is a specialist commercial lawyer with experience in international commercial and treaty arbitration, domestic arbitration, and commercial litigation. He regularly advises and conducts advocacy for a global clientele before international tribunals, domestic panels, and courts. Prithvi has been recognised as a Future Legal Leader by the Indian Business Law Journal, with clients describing him as "a rising star" possessing "exceptional knowledge, diligence, strategic acumen" who argues claims "convincingly". Prithvi was a member of the Steering Committee of the Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce's Dispute Resolution Center.

Previously based in London, Prithvi was associated with a leading international arbitration practice. He acted in several complex high-value international commercial and treaty arbitrations across a range of sectors including oil and gas, telecommunications, infrastructure, construction, and mining.
In 2018, Prithvi returned to India as Counsel to SKAA Advocates & Solicitors. He has since argued claims before several forums, including various domestic and foreign arbitration panels and courts all across India.
Prithvi also accepts arbitrator appointments.
