Devansh is a Company Secretary at SKAA. He works on legal and compliance mandates, which cover issues such as Indian corporate laws, FDI, insolvency, intellectual property registration, amongst others.
Devansh also appears before various departments and statutory tribunals including the NCLT and government agencies. He also handles secretarial and legal due diligence of private limited companies, public listed and unlisted companies, and LLPs.
Devansh's corporate mandates range from working on diligence for funding transactions, on-site due-diligence, assisting in filing intellectual property applications, creating ESOP schemes, amongst others.
