Saad is counsel at SKAA.  He leads a corporate team that specialises in international transaction structuring, operational and regulatory compliance, foreign exchange and banking regulations, amongst other critical legal support features. 

 

Saad has acted on numerous multi-million-dollar transactions.  He has been instrumental in the successful closing of several important projects.  His recent activities range from helping a billion dollar international brand open its doors in India (from conceptualisation to opening), to establishing several joint ventures in India, negotiating and concluding important private placements with large funds, and providing guidance on foreign exchange and banking regulations to various Indian companies.  

 

Saad regularly advises clients on several aspects of Indian regulatory and corporate laws. He has represented Indian as well as European companies before tribunals and courts throughout India. He has previously worked with the Regulatory team at Ernst & Young India, and the chambers of a well-known Indian counsel before the Indian Supreme Court.
