Saaduzzaman is a Senior Associate at SKAA, specialising in corporate advisory, international transaction structuring, stressed-asset management, and criminal litigation. At SKAA, Saad has acted on several cross-border transactions, including venture capital funding, merchant trading transactions, and acquisition of undertakings in India.

 

Saad regularly advises clients on several aspects of Indian regulatory and corporate laws, including foreign exchange and banking regulations. Saad has represented Indian as well as European companies before tribunals and courts throughout India. He has also acted as a defence counsel in criminal matters in original as well as appellate jurisdictions. He has previously worked with the Regulatory team at Ernst & Young India, and the chambers of a well-known Indian counsel before the Indian Supreme Court.
